Rabbi Hertzel Hillel Yitzhak was born in Israel and immigrated to the United States with his family in 1985. He obtained his undergraduate degree in clinical psychology from Queens College, N.Y. and his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.
Rabbi Yitzhak received his Rabbinical ordination in Israel from HaRav Shmuel Eliezer Stern, of the Beit Beit Din of HaRav Shmuel Wosner zt”l, HaRav Sraya Deblitzki, HaRav David Yossef, and HaRav Yona Metzger, former Chief Rabbi of the State of Israel.
Rabbi Yitzhak is also a Professor of Tanach, Halachah and Psychology at Hebrew Theological College and the Blitstein Institute.
Rabbi Yitzhak has authored several sefarim in both Hebrew and English, including a sefer of She’elot VeTeshuvot titled “צל ההרים”, a sefer on the Laws of Tzitzit, and a sefer on Daily Morning Rituals.
